If you aren’t happy with your bag (color, fit, pattern, functionality or just because you changed your mind) within 30 days, just mail the bag back in good condition and we’ll either exchange it for another bag you want or we’ll refund everything you paid except shipping.
In four years we have experienced very few returns for bag problems. We hate it on those rare occasions when something goes wrong with a bag; otherwise called a “manufacturer’s defect”. But people make our bags, so mistakes can happen. If within 90 days your bag has a problem, call (877-646-1941) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what is going on. Generally we will send you a pre-paid label to mail the bag back to us so we can determine if we can repair it or provide another option. Working together, we’ll take care of the issue. Even if it’s past the 90 days but less than a year old, if you’ll pay the shipping to send it to us, we’ll see what can be done to fix the problem.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal online at www.hdsmedallion.com and eBay. At events such as tradeshows and expos, we accept all major credit cards, cash and branded debit cards. All payments are automatically subject to validation checks and authorization by the payment provider. We do not accept checks. If the transaction is not approved, the order will be declined online. In person, another credit card or cash will have to be used. We are not responsible for the decision of the payment provider. We hope the whole transaction is seamless and efficient for the vast majority of our customers.

- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Your order will be considered complete when your order is shipped or is handed to you at an event.
- Shipping charges are dependent on the weight of the product purchased and its destination. Shipping charges can be calculated in advance before your order is submitted. We occasionally offer free shipping for a brief time.
- Promotional offers are based on coupon codes which must be entered at checkout. Only one discount coupon code can be used per transaction.
- We strive to show and describe items as accurately as possible. But bags will vary when the pattern on the fabric is not symmetrical making each bag unique.
- Some of our products can be purchased on Amazon, eBay and Pinterest. Their conditions supersede our policies.
